When will my order be shipped?
Our Shipping department would and process shipment until the shipping carrier comes in order to accomplish the goal of having all order shipped within 24 hours (92% rate fars here). If we miss your order that day, within 48 hours are guarantee your order would be ship (7% of our orders lay in this section and this happens mostly on Monday). However, shipment may take up to 72 hours during the major holiday season, but in this case we would send you a notice instead of keeping our value customers to wait till they ask.
When will I get my order?
The time it takes for you to receive your order is best view as the sum of order processing time and the transit time within the delivery system. Given that it takes 1 to 3 business days to process the order and transit time is 2-7 business days, total delivery time is 3 to 10 business days within the standard 48 States of America (excluding HI & AK). Please Note that business days (Monday to Friday) and it does not include weekend and/or holidays.
How do you ship orders?
Most orders are shipped through UPS or US Mail. Very small or light orders are shipped First Class mail in padded envelopes or small boxes. This ensures that they will fit into your mailbox. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is used for larger or heavier packages. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, but the delivery time is best state but not guaranteed. Delivery time for First Class mail is 2-7 business days. Note that these are delivery times after it has been shipped. See above question for processing time
How much is shipping?
We ship with via UPS, USPS, and Fedex. This depends on what the best rate and shipping service is a available for shipment to your location and we also care about the customers preference. The shipping rates are computed in real time using vendor shipping table cost, and this rate is usually cost less than your retailer shipping cost.
Can you ship to P.O. Box? Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box using USPS since they are the only one that provides shipping service to P.O. Box, special United States locations.
How long is the warranty?
While most of our clients enjoy hassle-free distrubuting our products and have less than 3% RMA over all categories, Murphy's law tells us that things do go wrong from time to time. To cover such situations, we provide a limited warranty on items you purchased through us (limited to product with no brand), but for Brand Name products that we carry and distribute, manufacturer warranty and RMA can be process and the tiime frame is usually between 1-5 years pending on the product you purchase. This warranty provide extra protection to you in addition, Our product guarantee offers a return options for the first 15 days of purchase with money back guarantee. Keep in mind that under normal use, you will get much longer use of your item than the warranty length.
What is your return policy?
At Tesonicusa.com, you will always enjoy a 15-day Money Back Guarantee plus Pro-Rated warranty on brand name products.
It works very simply. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value (excluding closeout items) , you can return the product(s) within 15 days from the date we first shipped your order for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, you simply change your mind or u do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for a FULL REFUND. However, all return merchandise must accompany with original invoice, and since shipping and handling fee goes directly to the shipping service provider, the payment for shipment would not be refundable. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) are requiry for pre-approved before a return for exchange or refund is accepted.

What is your product exchange policy?
All exchanges must be made within 30-days of purchase (must be in brand new resellable condition) unless the item you receive is tested from our QC department and tested defect by: factory and not abused or over use condition. Please carefully pack and send the defective item or if you purchase the wrong item back to the return address above. You must include your original invoice and a note detailing what you are sending back and what you would like receive instead.
Please include a check to cover the difference between the original item you are returning and the new item you wish to receive. For defective products, exchange or store credit applies, refunds are available only during the first 15 days of purchase and must be in resellable brand new condition with original packaging and invoice stating the reason for return.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) to us, like purchase you made at your local retailer store locations.
Again: "Returned items for exchange must be in original condition and include all original packaging, manuals, software, etc. Items with self adhesive tapes must not have the protective backings removed."

We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover Cards directly through a Verisign secured phone or will call pick up. Be sure to enter your billing address correctly. This is the address where you receive your credit card statements. Do not enter the the last four digit of your nine-digit zip code. For example, instead of entering 34253-7865 as your zip code, enter 34253. We will be unable process your payment if your credit card billing address does not match. Is it safe to enter my credit card info online?

Can I place an order over the phone or to set up a will call pick up? Yes. We highly recommend to our clients to contact us for placing orders because we would like to understand your needs to provide and explain the right product that we carry for your field to increase your sales demand.
What if I have questions or problems while I try to order? Just e-mail us. Please provide as much information as possible. Our customer service staff will get back to you as soon as possible. In most cases, it will be within the hour, but definitely within the business day.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
